    COVID-19 Therapeutic Updates:

During this time of heightened awareness of the novel Coronavirus.

The best way to prevent and slow down transmission is to be well informed about the COVID-19 virus, the disease it causes and how it spreads. Protect yourself and others from infection by washing your hands or using an alcohol-based rub frequently and not touching your face.

The COVID-19 virus spreads primarily through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes, so it’s important that you also practice respiratory etiquette (for example, by coughing into a flexed elbow).

To deliver on this promise, Here at Smash RX, I, will be taking additional measures to minimize exposure and prevent unnecessary risk while staying clinically available to serve the therapeutic needs of the community effective immediately by:

    1. I will continue to offer virtual/telehealth sessions to those that are unvaccinated.  While moving to resume in-person session to those that are fully vaccinated patients between the age of 13-65+, in addition to emotional and therapeutic groups.
    2. YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. If you are more than 15-mins late to your appointment you will be rescheduled.
    3. All in-person group therapy sessions will be open to those that are fully vaccinated.
    4. We will continue to implement the following safety and disinfect practices:
    • All surfaces will be properly cleaned with 70% alcohol-based disinfectants after each therapeutic session.Everyone must wear a mask
    • Everyone must adhere to the CDC guidelines of 6 - 7 feet of social distance at all times while in the office.
    • All patrons are subject to a mandatory temperature check prior to coming into our office. Any client with a low grade fever reading 99.3F or higher will have their appointment cancelled and patient will be shifted to telehealth/virtual sessions.

Public Health is urging everyone to take precautions to slow the spread of COVID-19.

    Wear a mask.

    Save lives.

Wear a mask that fits well with no gaps

Stay at least 6 feet from others

Avoid crowds and poorly ventilated spaces

Get a vaccine when it's available to you

Due to an overwhelming amount of people on my waitlist, I have made the very difficulty decision to no longer accept anymore new clients at this time. Once I am all catch up, I will re-evaluate re-opening my panel in the future.

Thank you for you patience and understanding.
